- Player names, team names, club names, and organizational data
- Match details, dates, statistics, and game information
- Logos, images, and other media you upload
- Chapter markers and event timestamps created during recording or streaming
- Contact information if you reach out for support
1.2 Video and Streaming Data
- Locally Stored Videos: Video files you record and store on your device
- Streaming Data: When streaming to YouTube, metadata, overlay data, and chapter markers are transmitted to YouTube
- Chapter Markers: Timestamps and user-generated markers created during recording or streaming
1.3 App Usage and Diagnostics
- Information on how you interact with the App (e.g., features used, session duration)
- Crash logs and performance reports to help improve app stability
- Firebase analytics data showing general usage patterns
2. Legal Basis for Processing
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, we process your personal data based on:
- Your consent (for example, when you choose to stream or create chapter markers)
- Fulfillment of our contract with you (to provide app services)
- Our legitimate business interests (to improve app functionality and prevent abuse)
- Legal obligations (where required by applicable law)
3. Local Video Storage
Important: Any videos you record using the App are stored locally on your device and remain under your control.
- The App does not automatically upload or transmit locally stored videos anywhere
- You decide whether to keep, delete, or share your locally recorded videos
- We are not responsible for loss, corruption, or accidental deletion of your locally stored video files
- Video content on your device is your sole responsibility
- If you delete video files from your device, we cannot recover them
4. YouTube Streaming Data Handling
When you use the streaming feature to broadcast to YouTube via RTMP, please understand the following:
4.1 What Gets Transmitted
- Live video feed
- Audio stream
- Overlay graphics and scoreboard data
- Chapter markers and event timestamps
- Stream metadata (title, description, tags)
4.2 Where Data Goes
- All streaming data is transmitted directly to YouTube's servers on your behalf
- YouTube receives all video, audio, overlay, and chapter marker data
- YouTube stores and processes this data according to YouTube's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
- The App does not store your live video stream; YouTube does
4.3 Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to stream the content to YouTube
- You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Live Streaming policies
- Any account actions (strikes, suspensions, takedowns) are between you and YouTube
- We are not responsible for YouTube's moderation, stream removal, or account consequences
5. Chapter Marker Storage in Firestore
Chapter markers and related metadata may be stored in Google Cloud Firestore for the following purposes:
5.1 What We Store
- Chapter marker timestamps and descriptions
- Event data (goals, fouls, timeouts, etc.)
- Game IDs and season IDs
- YouTube event IDs (if applicable)
- User-initiated markers and notes
- Associated metadata (game date, team names, etc.)
5.2 Purpose of Storage
- To enable future highlight-reel generation and video editing features
- To support machine learning models for automated highlight detection
- To provide analytics and game statistics
- To improve app functionality and user experience
- To support recovery and restoration of your data
5.3 Data Retention
- Chapter markers and metadata are retained as long as your account is active
- Upon account deletion, associated markers and metadata are deleted
- Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes
6. How Data Is Used
6.1 To Provide App Services
- Generate team statistics and game reports
- Enable streaming to YouTube
- Store and retrieve your game and team data
- Process in-app purchases through platform providers
6.2 For App Improvement
- Analyze app performance and identify bugs
- Use crash logs and diagnostics to improve stability
- Understand feature usage patterns to prioritize improvements
6.3 For Machine Learning and Highlights
- Train machine learning models to automatically detect game highlights
- Improve chapter marker detection algorithms
- Create anonymized, aggregated training datasets
- Enable future AI-powered features
6.4 Future AI and Analytics
- We may use anonymized chapter marker data and game statistics to train AI models
- Your individual data will not be publicly affiliated with trained models without your explicit consent

We do NOT collect, store, or analyze biometric data, including but not limited to:

- Voice or voiceprint data (beyond audio in video streams you choose to stream to YouTube)

8. Video Content Analysis
We do NOT analyze your video content without your consent.
- Your locally stored videos are never analyzed by our systems
- Streams to YouTube go directly to YouTube's servers; we do not analyze the stream content
- Any future AI or analytics features will be explicitly opt-in
- You retain full control over what data is used for machine learning
9. User Control and Deletion Rights
You have the following rights and options:
9.1 Data Access
- You can view your personal data, team information, and game statistics within the App
- You can view and export data using the "See My Data" section in the App
- You can download a copy of your data by contacting us
9.2 Data Deletion
- You can delete locally stored videos directly from your device at any time
- You can delete your account and all associated data through the App settings or by contacting us
- Upon account deletion, your team data, game statistics, and chapter markers will be permanently deleted (except where legally required to retain)
- Locally stored videos remain on your device until you manually delete them
9.3 Data Correction and Portability
- You can update or correct your personal data within the App at any time
- You may request a portable copy of your data in a standard format by contacting us
9.4 Opt-Out Options
- You can disable app analytics and diagnostics in your device settings
- You can opt out of future machine learning uses by requesting data deletion
- Recording locally does not require streaming to YouTube; local storage is optional
10. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or other regions with specific data protection rules for minors, the minimum age for app use may be higher according to local law. We rely on you to represent that you meet the age requirement for your region.
11. Third-Party Services
11.1 Firebase (Google)
- Purpose: Authentication, real-time database, analytics, crash reporting, cloud storage
- Data Shared: User IDs, team and game data, app usage analytics, crash logs
- Privacy: Firebase is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy)
11.2 YouTube (Google)
- Purpose: Streaming video content via RTMP
- Data Shared: Video, audio, overlays, chapter markers, stream metadata
- Privacy: YouTube is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and YouTube's Terms of Service
- Important: You are responsible for compliance with YouTube's policies; we are not responsible for YouTube's actions
11.3 Google Play Services and Apple Services
- Purpose: App distribution, in-app purchases, authentication, device identification
- Data Shared: Account information, purchase history, device identifiers
- Privacy: Governed by Google's and Apple's respective privacy policies
11.4 Microsoft Services (if applicable)
- Purpose: App distribution on Microsoft Store, in-app purchases
- Data Shared: Account information, purchase history, device identifiers
- Privacy: Governed by Microsoft's Privacy Statement
We do not control how these third parties use your data. We encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.
12. Data Sharing
Currently, we do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.
- Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the app (e.g., Firebase for database hosting)
- Data shared with service providers is used only to provide services to you and the App
- We do not share your personal data with marketing partners, advertisers, or data brokers
- Anonymized, aggregate data may be used for analytics and improvement purposes
13. Data Retention
- User account data is retained while your account is active
- Game statistics and team data are retained as long as your account exists
- Chapter markers are retained for future highlight and analytics features
- Crash logs and diagnostics are retained for 30 days for troubleshooting
- Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently deleted (except where legally required to retain)
- Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and AI training
14. International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to such transfers. We take steps to ensure your data is adequately protected, including through standard contractual clauses or other safeguards as required by law.
